By scheduling an appointment or utilizing the services of Tease Me Hair Studio, LLC (the “Salon”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments: Appointments are recommended but not required. The Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. A credit card may be required to secure appointments.

Cancellation Policy: Clients who miss their appointment or cancel less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not offered for any services or products.

Client Satisfaction: The Salon strives for client satisfaction. If a client is unhappy with their service, they must notify the Salon within one week of their appointment. The Salon will make every effort to correct the issue with a complimentary redo, provided the redo is completed within two weeks of the original appointment.

Product Use: The Salon is not responsible for any adverse reactions or hair damage resulting from the use of non-professional home care products or failure to follow home care instructions provided by the Salon.

Disclaimer: Hair coloring and chemical services can be unpredictable and may not always produce the desired results. The Salon cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

Liability: The Salon is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged while on the premises.

Photography: The Salon may take photos or videos of clients for marketing purposes. By entering the Salon, clients consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials.
